After graduating from the preparatory faculty, students who pass the final exams receive a “Certificate of Mastering Additional General Education Programs for Pre-University Foreign Students” approved by the state standard, which gives the right to be admitted to any university of the Russian Federation in the relevant field of study.

The cost of services in the organization of training at the faculty in the 2019/20 academic year:

Reception conditions
In the preparatory department, foreign students and compatriots who do not speak Russian are preparing to study in Russian universities in the Russian language with national documents required for admission to the appropriate level of higher, vocational and postgraduate education (bachelor, master and postgraduate).
The list of documents that must be submitted to the student in the The education center for foreign citizens when applying for study:
- legalized in the prescribed manner in the country where this document was received, the original documents of previous education, equivalent to the documents on education of the Russian Federation with a list of subjects studied and the resulting marks (points);
- the translation into Russian of a document of a foreign state certified on education and its annexes (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state in which such education document is issued);
- the original of the medical certificate, certified by the official health authority of the state in which the conclusion was issued, about the absence of socially dangerous diseases in the Student and confirming that he is not contraindicated in studying in the Russian Federation;
- a certificate (certificate) indicating the student’s HIV infection;
- a copy of the passport with a translation into Russian, certified in the prescribed manner;
- a copy of the birth certificate or a document replacing it (if such a document is provided for by the legislation of the student’s country);
- 4 matte photographs measuring 3×4 cm.
In accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, foreign students are guaranteed the rights and freedoms provided by law. During the period of study, students enjoy the rights of students of the PushGENI and fulfill the duties established for students by the Charter and internal regulations.
RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE
About the program
• The current educational program has three concurrent levels of fluency and was designed chiefly for foreign students (non-Russian nationals), who have either never studied Russian before or those who have an elementary knowledge of the Russian language.
• All training is carried out by certified teachers of Russian using the latest methodologies and techniques for training non-native speakers.
• Groups consist of 10-15 people with individual instruction available on request.
• Excursions in and around Moscow and to locations in the Moscow and Tula Regions are planned within the framework of the program, with customized and private excursions also available at an additional cost.

The purpose of the program:

• knowledge of the system of the Russian language for communication in Russian-speaking environment;
• knowledge of language and special vocabulary necessary for professional education in higher education institution.
Summer schools
The unique program is designed for schoolchildren, undergraduate and graduate students.
The program is an interactive scientific lecture hall, the basis of which is lectures on various areas of space science, conducting round tables and practical exercises with problem solving and using optical tools to obtain scientific data, which will allow not only to consolidate acquired knowledge, but also to trace their actual application. The participants of the summer school will be able to visit the “Pushchinskie Perseidy” scientific and educational festival and plunge into the magical atmosphere and see the beautiful phenomenon of nature. From the Earth, it seems, as if bright streams left by particles burning in the atmosphere, fly out of the constellation Perseus. Hence the name is Perseid. Particles of dust, ice and pebbles from the tail of Comet Swift-Tuttle. The comet flew, the train remained. It is as if the river every year and our planet enters, revolving around the sun. The smallest particles, the size of a grain of sand, burn in the Earth’s atmosphere, forming a “star rain”.
Also, participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the culture and history of Russia and to get basic knowledge in the field of learning Russian.
